Here are the most frequently asked questions I receive about my work, shipping, returns, etc.

💫How much is shipping?

•  Shipping in Hong Kong and Macao is HKD 30 (SF Express). Delivery time is about 1-3 days.

•  International Shipping: HKD 50 (Hong Kong Air Post with tracking number). Delivery time is about 10-30 days, depending on local delivery services—I have no control over delays.

•  For orders over $1000, shipping is free worldwide.

💫What about customs duties?

•  Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country. These are not included in the shipping fee. Please check your local regulations for any additional costs.

💫How do custom orders work?

Custom orders are done by reaching out to me through my “Contact” page! There, you may email me with any request, questions about my products, or alterations to existing pieces. I typically reply within one or two days, depending on my workload or personal commitments. Feel free to reach out without hesitation! Note: Sometimes my emails end up in spam/junk folders, so please check there if you’re waiting for a response.

💫How to make it more durable?

•  Avoid contact with chemicals. Wipe gently with a soft cloth for maintenance.

•  Remove the jewelry when showering, as detergents may accelerate oxidation.

•  Avoid wearing it when swimming or soaking in hot springs to prevent damage.

💫Do I accept returns?

As a small business owner who handcrafts everything, I ensure each piece meets the highest standards. Unfortunately, due to costs on my end, I do NOT accept returns for items simply no longer wanted. Returns are only accepted if there’s a fault on my side, such as breakage or the wrong item sent. If you have questions or need to discuss a return, I’m happy to chat and find the best solution.

💫 Where do you get your crystals?
I personally source all my crystals from around the world. I don’t have a specific supplier—I select those that appeal to me and ensure they are natural and untreated.
